Personas are printed 4×4 so I can separate them into cards that can move around in our user workflow sessions.
User persona’s help us identify the target audiences. Through exploration of the user we learn that the lawyer may very well not at all be the audience, but the intern, clerk, or paralegal that manages his calendar for him IS the audience.
